A multi-page form that lead the user through the process of signing up for the annual NAED Navigator conference.
One of the pages of the form was an interactive conference schedule that gathered a number of attendees interested in each of the conference's of sessions and events.
The conference planners could then use this info to gauge attendance and plan which rooms to use for which sessions.
